We are now open again. We have restarted corneal transplant procedures for fully vaccinated patients.
Due to the Covid-19 Pandemic, The availability of donor tissue for Corneal Transplant surgery has been markedly reduced. This is out of our control . We have been unable to perform any of these surgeries in in the past 2 months. Other ocular surgery continues as normal.
Your safety from Covid-19 is important to us. Patients are screened before each visit to us. We will always wear a mask We will practice good hand hygiene. We will sanitize surfaces, door handles, armrests and equipment between patients. We will ensure good ventilation as best we can. We will ensure waiting areas are not crowded. All medical advice will take into account the risk of coronavirus exposure. Telemedicine is available upon request.
